Property wanted

Development Land required for new E-Net Park Business Centres.

To fulfil our ambitious plans for the "E-Net park" brand we urgently require approximately 1-5 acres of land in locations around Scotland for the provision of small offices and workshops. We will also consider purchasing existing let developed sites or offices.

Type Of Development

  • Small offices of between 46.4 sq m & 92.9 sq m (500 & 1000 sq ft).
  • Small workshops of between 46.4 sq m & 360 sq m (500 & 4000 sq. ft).

Fees For Agents

  • A minimum fee of £10,000 or 1% for site finding, to brokers or introducers.
  • Potential for the introducing agent to be retained to assist in lettings
